BALENCED BUDGET AMENDMENT!!
If congress only spent 90% of what is taken in, it wouldn’t be a balanced budget. Besides, where are you expecting the unspent 10% to go?
NOTE: The unspent money is called a surplus, it beats the alternative of spending 10% or more than what is taken in……I am with you on a balenced budget amendment, but Congress will need to be forced kicking and screaming to do that. Also, take away their ‘gold plated’ retirements and see how fast they fix SS! M.S.
