The Governor of Arizona signed a law the other day that basically says that it will now be illegal to be illegally in Arizona if you are an illegal alien. Wow, go figure, this begs the question, is that legal? Obama wants to know!

I think it is a shot across the bow by Arizona to Congress for not enforcing Federal laws on illegal immigration, against those caught in the United States. Someone had to start the ball rolling and Arizona has. It is good to see.  I think it will have a snowball effect with the other South West states being forced to follow suit if they do not want to absorb all the overflow of illegals skirting around Arizona.

The problem has been ignored for far to long by D.C., states, i.e. (tax payers) can not sustain the financial burden of supporting  hundreds of thousands of illegals,(in Arizona alone) indefinitely, in this economy, nor should the tax payer be made too. Hell, supporting  the empty suits in Washington and all their lame brained ideas is a big enough  burden on the tax payer these days as it is. Obviously they all want to curry favor with the illegals to gain the Hispanic vote, that’s as plain as Nancy Pelosi is clueless,  a blind man could see it! Beware any sudden “comprehensive” immigration reform. You know what folks, it has always been against the law to come into the country by bypassing the the Immigration Department. Nothing needs to be reformed or reinvented, just enforced!

On the home front here in Massachusetts, The politicians are gearing up to show the angry voters that they really do care about the illegal immigration problem, suddenly, (on the heels of Arizona’s example) in light of the polls showing that 85% of Americans agree with Arizona. This is a perfect example of  ‘a day late and a dollar short’.

Now our glorious Representatives want to enact legislation that would “force state departments offering taxpayer funded assistance to check the applicant with federal immigration authorities first”. I do not want to sound skeptical or cynical, but does this mean that before this possible ‘pending’ legislation, anyone who held out their hand for tax payer assistance in this state got it with no questions asked? And now our glorious leaders would have you believe that they DID NOT KNOW!? Come on! Where’s the broom? It is time to make a very clean sweep in November! Prologue; After some research I discovered that this piece has been floating around the Internet since about 2000, it has been attributed to many different people, most notably George Carlin, and Ted Nugent, to my knowledge none of them have come out and said “I wrote it”, (too late now for Carlin). Without someone like Nugent personally claiming this piece, it will remain ‘anonymous’. No one knows who wrote it for sure, wishful thinking will not change that. Who ever did write it was on the mark, it needed to be said. We can all agree to that. Enjoy.

I’m a Bad American- this pretty much sums it up for me. I like big trucks, big boats, and naturally, pretty women. I believe the money I make belongs to me and my family, and not some mid-level governmental functionary with a bad comb-over who wants to give it away to crack addicts squirting out babies. I don’t care about appearing compassionate.

I think playing with toy guns doesn’t make you a killer. I believe ignoring your kids and giving them Prozac might. I think I’m doing better than the homeless. I don’t think being a minority makes me noble or victimized. I have the right not to be tolerant of others because they are different, weird, or make me mad. This is my life to live, and not necessarily up to others’ expectations. I know what SEX is and there are not varying degrees of it.

I don’t celebrate Kwanzaa. But if you want to that’s fine; I just don’t feel like everyone else should have to.  I believe that if you are selling me a Dairy Queen shake, a pack of cigarettes, or a hotel room you do it in English. As a matter of fact, if you are an American citizen you should speak English. My uncles and forefathers shouldn’t have to die in vain so you can leave the countries you were born in to come disrespect ours, and make us bend to your will. Get over it.

I think the cops have every right to shoot your sorry butt if your running from them after they tell you to stop. If you can’t understand the word ‘freeze’ or ‘stop’ in English, see the previous line. I don’t use the excuse “it’s for the children” as a shield for unpopular opinions or actions. I know how to count votes and feel much safer letting a machine with no political affiliation do a recount when needed.

I know what the definition of lying is, and it isn’t based on the word “is”-ever. I don’t think just because you were not born in this country, you qualify for any special loan programs, government sponsored bank loans, etc., so you can open a hotel, 7-Eleven, trinket shop, or anything else, while the indigenous peoples can’t get past a high school education because they can’t afford it.

I didn’t take the initiative in inventing the Internet. I thought the Taco Bell dog was funny. I want them to bring back safe sane fireworks. I believe no one ever died because of something Ozzy Osbourne, Ice-T, or Marilyn Manson sang, but that doesn’t mean I want to listen to that crap from someone else’s car when I’m stopped at a red light. But I respect your right to.

I think that being a student doesn’t give you any more enlightenment than working at Blockbuster or Jack In The Box. I don’t want to eat or drink anything with the words light, lite or fat-free on the package.

Our soldiers did not go to some foreign country and risk their lives in vain, and defend our Constitution so that decades later you can tell me it’s a living document, ever changing, and is open to interpretation. The guys who wrote it were light years ahead of anyone today, and they meant what they said- now leave the document alone, or there’s going to be trouble.

I don’t hate the rich. I help the poor. I know wrestling is fake. I’ve never owned, or was a slave, and a large percentage of our forefathers weren’t wealthy enough to own one either. Please stop blaming me because some prior white people were idiots- and remember, tons of white, Indian, Chinese, and other races have been enslaved too- it was wrong for every one of them.

I believe a self-righteous liberal Democrat with a cause is more dangerous than a Hell’s Angel with an attitude. I want to know exactly which church it is where the “Reverend” Jessie Jackson preaches; and what exactly is his job function.

I own a gun, you can own a gun, and any red blooded American should be allowed to own a gun, but if you use it in a crime, then you will serve the time.

I think Bill Gates has every right to keep every penny he made and continue to make more. If it makes you mad, then invent the next operating system that’s better and put your name on the building. Ask your buddy that invented the Internet to help you.

I don’t believe in hate crime legislation. Even suggesting it makes me mad. Your telling me that someone who is a minority, gay, disabled, another nationality, or otherwise different from the mainstream of this country has more value as a human being than I do as a white male. If someone kills anyone, I’d say that it’s a hate crime. We don’t need more laws! Let’s enforce the ones we already have.

I think turkey bacon, turkey beef, turkey fake anything sucks. I believe it doesn’t take a village to raise a child, it takes a parent with the guts to stand up to the kid and spank his butt and say “NO”!, when it’s necessary to do so.

I’ll admit that the only movie that ever made me cry was Ole Yeller. I didn’t realize Dr. Seuss was a genius until I had a kid.

I will not be frowned upon or looked down upon or be made to keep silent because I have these beliefs and opinions. I thought this country allowed me that right. I will not conform or compromise just to keep from hurting some body’s feelings. I’m neither angry nor disenfranchised, no matter how desperately the mainstream media would like the world to believe otherwise.

Yes, I guess by some people’s definition, I may be a bad American. But that’s tough.  ‘Anonymous’

LIBERAL vs. CONSERVATIVE

If a Conservative doesn’t like guns, he doesn’t buy any. If a Liberal doesn’t like guns, he wants all guns outlawed, and will try to undermine the Constitution to do it. (Can you say ‘progressive’ democrats?

If a Conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about ways to defeat his enemy. A Liberal wonders how he can surrender gracefully and still look good. Can you say (set time frame exit strategy)?

If a Conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how he may better his situation. A Liberal wonders who is going to take care of him, (can you say welfare)?

If a Conservative decides he needs a health care plan, he goes about shopping for it, or he may choose a job that provides it. A Liberal demands that the rest of us provide his health care, can you say (Obamacare) or (Romneycare)?

If a Conservative doesn’t like a radio or TV show host, he switches the channel. Liberals demand that those they don’t like be shut down.            NOTE: Shut down through the proposed implementation of  their so-called Fairness Doctrine. The only problem is that there is nothing fair about it for conservative points of view, it would silence those views. Lets make sure that does not happen, be aware, pay attention. M.S.

A Conservative does not believe that murderous enemy terrorist combatants, who intentionally target civilians, should be given  Constitutional rights, he believes those rights are to be reserved for America citizens.  Liberal, (progressives) want to extend our rights and protections to foreign terrorists,(and illegals in general) with no thought of the exorbitant cost to the tax payer of course, or the deficit.

Some ideas from other sources, heavily edited, with ‘factoids’ added by me. I thought these things ring so true that I should share them. Add your examples to the list please, no ‘fairness doctrine’, (i.e. censorship) is enforced here. Mark Shean, submitted 4-20-2010

If you have been denied in you’re quest for a firearm permit, (LTC) here in Ma. due to a past misdemeanor conviction(s),  there is a process that you may initiate to try to counter the denial by your police chief. You need to realize though that if the Firearms License Review Board, a 7 member board, finds in your favor, that will be a good thing, but you’re police chief will still be making the final determination. He will look at you’re application in a different light if the review board has found in you’re favor, that will lend weight to you’re cause and may sway him to issue you a license. Initially he may only issue you a license with a restriction like ‘target and hunting only’ and the next time around in six years may issue the license you really want, so keep this in  mind.

This link gets you to their instructions and address;   http://www.mass.gov/eopss/docs/chsb/petition-and-instruction-letter.pdf   Just copy and paste.

Another option for you would be to apply for an FID card first. With an FID card there are only 3 reasons you can be denied. The reasons are, 1. If you have not been a felon. 2. If you have not been a substance abuser within the last 5 years.  3. If you were not involuntarily placed in a mental institution within the last 5 years. Under the law no other reason/criteria for denial may be used when issuing an FID card. There are even exemptions to a couple of  these, (2, 3)  reasons.  As  a courtesy I have added the following  link for you to find instantly the ‘petition form’ needed, if your being denied a LTC, along with all related information.

No clause in the Constitution could by a rule of construction be conceived to give to Congress a power to disarm the people. Such a flagitious attempt could only be made under some general pretense by a state legislature. But, if in blind pursuit of inordinate power either (Congress or state) should attempt it, this  amendment may be appealed to (by the people) as a restraint on both.” WILLIAM RAWLE,

NOTE: -(‘this amendment’  meaning the Second Amendment)-  The word ‘flagitious’ is old English. I found two meanings. 1. shamefully wicked, as persons, actions or times. 2. heinous or flagrant, as a crime; infamous. Related words for flagitious are: atrocious, grievous, heinous, monstrous.

Any way you look at it, William Rawle was not painting a very nice picture of or for politicians that would try to take away your rights under the Second Amendment to keep private arms. Mine are the interjected words in parentheses to clearly show the true direction of his words. Wishful thinking or illegal legislation by some of todays socialist (progressive) politicians will not change the original intent of our Constitution, or the will of law abiding, freedom loving Americans.
