This is a list of the actual wording of each states Constitution in regards to what they say, or don’t say about our gun rights, from ALABAMA to WYOMING. I sprinkled quotes throughout this list from some Founding Fathers of this great nation, they did not mince words when talking about the peoples right to keep and bear arms, as some of these states now surely do with a “but” here and a “nor” there, quite obviously afraid of all us law abiding citizens…. I rate each state (1) to (10), ten being the best score based on their verbiage onlynot on how you may actually be treated.

States on this page are noted as to who WILL or will NOT honor the multi state licenses issued by Utah or Florida. Like anything else, this may be subject to change, so do a little research on the states below that you are interested in.  Also there is an excellent pamphlet titled; Travelers Guide to the Firearm laws of the Fifty States at www.gunlawguide.com  for purchase. For $14  it is worth taking with you on trips around the country, it will help keep you informed and out of trouble with ‘constitutionally dysfunctional’ states, (listed below) and the various gun laws.  http://www.nagr.org/UNTreaty_Pledge1.aspx?pid=4b

NOTE:  In my view I firmly believe when these states talk of  ‘the people’ or ‘citizens’ having the right to keep and bear arms, that encompasses all Americans, everywhere, not just Americans living within the particular boarders of any individual state. This is not Europe with its armed troops at the boarder of each ‘country/state’ permitting access and egress. We are American citizens, with equal rights and protections extending to every point of the compass in our country. No one state should be able to ‘grant’ or take away our right to keep and bear arms based on where we reside, or diminish our citizenship in abstract ways as we travel through these, our ‘United States’, nor should any state(s) be so pretentious. We should boycott the states that boycott our gun rights guaranteed under our Constitution, don’t spend your money there, and let each states Chamber of Commerce know why,(see ‘links’ at top of page). Remember, we pay state AND federal tax’s, sadly, at least that alone should ‘buy‘ us unfettered Constitutional rights as law abiding citizens.

Interstate Transport; The McClure-Volkmer Act of 1986: In a nutshell this Federal Act will protect you from ‘constitutionally dysfunctional’ states in this way- Individuals transporting firearms through a certain state that would otherwise view such transport as illegal may do so under this law if the weapons are unloaded, cased and stowed in a trunk or locked vehicle compartment which is not readily accessible to the occupants. Any ammunition must also be kept separate and locked from the occupants and firearms. The law abiding traveler must simply be passing through the state(s) and must be bound for a jurisdiction where the possession of such weapons is legal/respected. As long as a law abiding traveler maintains a steady uninterrupted course through the ‘constitutionally dysfunctional’ state(s) with the ‘offending weapons’ stowed in the manner described above, he is operating within the parameters of federal law.

Mark’s NOTE: Criminals will also be much safer under this ‘Act‘ should they decide to attack/kill your family, and thats very important to politicians and the courts.

Mark’s NOTE: If you can you should boycott all states that boycott your God given/Constitutional right to self defense, don’t spend your money there and tell their Chamber of Commerce why. Go to ‘Links’ under ‘Reviews’ at top of page. MS

In my opinion, anyone who votes for any candidate(s) in favor of ‘gun control’, is the same thing as  turkeys voting in favor of Thanksgiving……… get my meaning?
