It appears Mark has found a nitch not previously filled by those who give this state certification course, no one I could find offered to come to me to give the course, actually others were very narrow in scope, set day of the month and a set ridged time frame. Mark could not have made it any easier for us, he was very knowledgeable and entertaining which caught us by surprise, good class, good job Mark !

Mark I took my class with Paul Malley, of Carver, a little over a week ago with my son. I had heard that Braintree was not to keen on LTC but they have recently changed police chiefs. I called mark to see if he knew anyone who gave the safety course out here in western ma. (lenox). He did not but said if I could find a minimum of 6 people, because of the distance,(as per website outline) he would travel out to us and give the class, he lives in plymouth ! Hi Mark, I just took the NRA basic course from another place,(sorry) and am waiting for my MA LTC. While I am waiting I want to become more knowledgable about firearms and protecting my home. Hi Mark, Just wanted to let you know I filed my Class 'A' request today. As you may remember this was my second attempt, the first was before I took your class. I took your advice and this time when he said no to "all lawful purposes" applications I told him to deny me in writing. He took the application and fee. They processed me and I should hear in 6 weeks. They said that since I had an old FID ( @1975) I was "in the system" as having a Class B license(???) it would work in my favor. Dear Mark I wrote to you a while ago about applying for a licence in the town of Braintree. I wanted to let you know that the licence came yesterday, to my amazement, with out any restrictions. Braintree is very difficult when it comes to LTC. I did have some members of the police department that I used as references. They also required 5 letters of recommendation and a reason other then "All lawful purpose". I have passed your site to several friends. Your information is to the point and very well written.
